1. The Status of Insurance Claim and Benefit Payments for the FY09.4Q

During the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010 (January 1, 2010 to March 31, 2010), the number of policies on which payments were made and the number of policies on which non-payment decisions were made were as follows.
