1. The Status of Insurance Claim and Benefit Payments for the Third Quarter of FY09

During the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 (October 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009), the number of policies on which payments were made and the number of policies on which non-payment decisions were made were as follows.
