1. The Status of Insurance Claim and Benefit Payments for the Second Quarter of FY09

During the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 (July 1, 2009 to September 30, 2009), the number of policies on which payments were made and the number of policies on which non-payment decisions were made following appraisal were as follows.
