Sony Bank Adds Two Funds to Its Investment Trust Offerings and Implements 50% Cash-Back Campaign on Commissions

Sony Bank Inc., an 88.0%-owned subsidiary of Sony Financial Holdings, today announced the April 2, 2007 addition of two funds to its investment trust offerings. To commemorate the launch, Sony Bank will run a campaign offering half back in cash on the sales commissions for the two funds during the period from April 2, 2007 to May 25, 2007.

New funds to be added to the lineup are as follows;

  • AIG Commodity Fund ("Naturemade")
  • Sompo Japan — Fortis Turkish Equity Fund ("Merhaba")

These additions bring Sony Bank's investment trust offerings to a total of 50 with 19 different companies. Going forward, Sony Bank will keep responding to diverse customer needs for investments by expanding its lineup of investment trust offerings.
