Sony Bank, a 88.0%-owned subsidiary of Sony Financial Holdings, today launched a "voices of customers" page on its website (Japanese only) to present some of Sony Bank's responses to the opinions and requests that customers have raised.
On its "voices of customers" page, Sony Bank classifies customer opinions and requests into five categories - "products and services," "website," "security," "customer center," and "others" and regularly introduces Sony Bank's efforts, attitudes, and solutions in response to customer comments.
In addition, Sony Bank has responded to one of its most frequent customer requests by providing a toll-free number for its customer center from June 5, 2006. Going forward, Sony Bank will keep valuing customer input very highly and work proactively to offer products and services that suit customers' needs.
