Sony Bank to Relocate Its Head Office

Sony Bank Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Financial Holdings, today announced the following plans to relocate its head office.
New Head Office Address
3-26 Kanda-Nishikicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0054, Japan
Date of Relocations
July 6, 2009 (Planned)
Sony Bank Securities Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Bank, will also relocate its head office to the same address, effective July 6, 2009.
From its new location, Sony Bank will continue to provide services and product lineups that meet the needs of its customers.
