Sony Bank Adds BNP Paribas European Equity Income and Growth Fund (Monthly Dividend Type) to Investment Trust Lineup, Implements 50% Cash-Back Campaign on Commissions and Holds Seminar on European Economies

Sony Bank Inc., an 88%-owned subsidiary of Sony Financial Holdings, today announced the addition of a new fund to its investment trust offerings. On September 10, the bank will commence sales of the BNP Paribas European Equity Income and Growth Fund (Monthly Dividend Type) "Dream Passport". To commemorate the new offering, Sony Bank will conduct a campaign offering half-price sales commissions on funds that invest in European equities. The campaign period is from September 10 to October 26, 2007. On September 18, the bank will also hold a seminar concerning European economies.
The addition of "Dream Passport" raises the number of investment trusts handled by Sony Bank to 52 funds offered by 20 companies. The bank intends to continue expanding its lineup to enhance the diversity of investments available to its customers over the Internet.
