Sony Bank Ties up with Fuso Lexel Inc. in the Area of Mortgage Loans

Sony Bank Inc., an 88.0% subsidiary of Sony Financial Holdings, today announced the start of a tie-up with Fuso Lexel Inc. ("Fuso Lexel") in offering mortgage loans. Through this agreement, customers who purchase newly built condominiums that Fuso Lexel has subdivided and apply for Sony Bank's mortgage loans through Fuso Lexel will enjoy annual interest rate discounts of 0.3 percentage point, compared with Sony Bank's standard interest rates.
By cooperating with Fuso Lexel, a supplier of high quality condominiums primarily in Tokyo metropolitan area, Sony Bank will solicit Fuso Lexel's customers with customer-friendly mortgage loans.
